Our Mission

Each one of us has the right to know where our food comes from and question its quality and standard. In this age of industrialization, it seems that we have lost the ability to question the sources and quality standards of the food we consume. Simple questions – such as Where are the animals being raised? Under what conditions? What are they being fed? – seem to have the most complicated answers if any at all. In this age of ‘confusion’ Loya has made it its mission to once again connect good honest people with good honest farmers and serve you the high quality organic meats and produce that breathe nutrition and life into every meal. All our lamb and beef is sourced from local Michigan farms where animals are pasture raised in natural environments and where growth hormones and antibiotics are out of question. Our chickens are naturally raised using organic practices. Our salads and juices are organic and locally sourced to the best of our ability. You can now question the source and quality standard of your food, and are welcome to visit the farms yourselves. It is with this promise that we have embarked upon this journey.
